Why it's hard today

Client reviews are hard to keep track of.

  • The date and the data live apart

The review is in one calendar; the client's leases and changes are somewhere else.

Each client's next review sits on the client page and on one calendar.
  • Follow-ups slip

The division order (the operator's record of the client's share) you meant to ask for, the operator you meant to call.

Tasks tied to the client, with a due date and a Past due flag.
  • Walking in cold

It's hard to know what changed for a client before the meeting.

Within 30 days of a review, it shows in What changed, with a pointer to the review packet.
Client reviews

A first review for every client you add.

Part of adding a client: one date field, filled in for you.

  • About three months out by default, or a date you pick.
  • On the calendar in green, linked to the client's page.
  • "Next review" in the client's header, beside the review packet.

After the first review, add the next one as a task.

Tasks

The follow-ups each meeting brings.

Add a task in one line, tie it to a client or keep it standalone.

  • Due in a week unless you pick a date.
  • Past due flagged in red, in the list and on the Dashboard.
  • Tick to move it to Done; untick to reopen.

Before the review

See what's due before you open the calendar.

Your Dashboard and What changed show what's due soon, without opening the calendar.

  • Coming up: the next five reviews and tasks, past due first.
  • A count in the menu: open items due within 30 days, past due included.
  • Reviews within 30 days show in What changed, pointing to the packet.

Getting started

Add a client, and the first review comes with it.

Your clients' records come from the Texas county records, so your clients don't need an account, and adding a client does not change legal ownership.

  1. Find the record

Search by name, county, lease or address.

  2. Choose the leases

Review the leases on the record and pick which to add.

  3. Set the first review

About three months out, or a date you pick.

Note for your fileWhat happens to your client data? 2 answers · 1 min
  1. Who can see the notes I keep on a client?Your private notes are visible to your firm only.
  2. Is anything sent to my clients or to operators? No. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself: you save or print each document and decide what to share.

Every client review, next to the data.
