Mineral View Cookie Notice

This Notice explains how Mineral View and authorized providers use cookies and similar technologies on Mineral View websites, applications, and email.

A cookie is a small file stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, software development kits, session identifiers, and email beacons.

Strictly necessary

Used for authentication, account sessions, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, consent preferences, transaction integrity, and essential feature operation. Disabling them may prevent the Services from functioning.

Functional

Used to remember selected view, display density, map settings, county, saved search, language, accessibility preference, and similar choices.

Analytics and performance

Used to understand route visits, feature use, errors, performance, conversions, and aggregate behavior so Mineral View can improve the Services.

Communications

Used to measure whether a service or marketing email was delivered, opened, or selected, where permitted. Necessary service email may not include optional tracking where law or preference requires otherwise.

Advertising

Used to measure campaigns or provide targeted advertising. TECHNICAL CONFIRMATION: Mineral View must not describe this category as active unless the production site actually uses it. If activated, obtain required consent, update the Privacy Policy, support opt-outs, and honor applicable universal signals.

The technologies in use include Mineral View session and authentication cookies, consent preferences, analytics, hosting, ArcGIS mapping, Braintree/PayPal checkout, support chat, email delivery, and security monitoring.

You may use the cookie settings tool to accept or reject nonessential categories and change the choice later. Rejecting nonessential technologies will not prevent access to the Free account, though some preferences or analytics-supported features may be limited.

Browser controls can delete or block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or payment.

Where applicable law requires, Mineral View will process Global Privacy Control or another recognized universal opt-out signal. General Do Not Track signals are not standardized; Mineral View will disclose its actual response.

The consent tool should record:

• consent identifier;
• policy and vendor-list versions;
• categories accepted or rejected;
• timestamp;
• approximate region used to determine the consent rule;
• source route; and
• later withdrawal or change.

Do not use a dark pattern, preselect an optional category, or make rejection materially harder than acceptance.

Mineral View may update this Notice when technologies or law change. Material additions of nonessential processing require the notice and consent required by law.
