A check stub, a division order or a letter in the mail each points to a lease. Here is where each one leads in your list.

Search the lease number printed on the stub, then open that lease.

Division order

Compare its decimal with the interest the county roll lists for each lease.

Filter by operator to see every lease one company runs for you, with totals.

Value

What is my record worth, and what does the county say?

Our estimate and the county’s appraised value sit side by side, for each lease and in total. They answer different questions, so they rarely match.

  • Neither figure is a price you should expect to receive for your interest.
  • Whole-lease figures, like gas reported to date, are marked as all owners combined.
  • Each lease’s estimate adds up to the total at the top, so you can see which leases carry it.

Reported production

Did each of my leases report production this month?

The monthly report lines up every lease for a month: its interest, what the whole lease reported, your estimated share of gas and oil, and the change from the month before.

  • A lease whose report hasn’t arrived says so, instead of showing zero.
  • Pick any of the last three months; the newest is usually about three months back.
